Known problems

• Internet Explorer "hangs up" on JavaScript generated pages (i.e. all stockroom search, artist search, region search pages also on all catalog pages for AJ & JN Exhibition site) when page refresh is set to 'Every visit to the page'.
  • SOLUTION: make sure that the refresh setting is set to 'Automatically'. To check/change settings:
    1. from menu [Tools] select [Internet Options...]
    2. on window [Internet Options] select tab [General]
    3. on this tab find section [Temporary Internet Files]
    4. in this section click button [Settings]
    5. under "Check for newer versions of stored pages:"
    6. select 'radio' button [Automatically]
    7. click [OK] and [OK] to close [Settings] and [Internet Options] windows
