STORY
Patsy moved to Peppomenarti in her late 30ā€™s. There she learnt to weave dilly bags and mats from her grandmother and other elders. In 2001 Peppimenarti artists started painting on canvas and brought to the indigenous art world a new fresh style. Patsyā€™s colourful and stunning compositions play visual chess, transforming the third dimension of weaving into two dimensions. Patsyā€™s unique style makes her he most sort after artists in the country.
