PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer a range of flexible payment methods to suit your needs:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) – No surcharge

  • Cash or Cheque – No surcharge

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) – 2% surcharge applies for payments made online, by phone, or in person

  • PayPal – 2% surcharge applies

  • Afterpay – Available for artworks under $2,000. Pay in 4 interest-free fortnightly instalments.

  • Lay-by Plans – Secure the artwork you love and pay it off over 3 or 6 months. Contact us to discuss a payment schedule that suits you.
    Note: Lay-by payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Each artwork is unique, and so are its packing and shipping needs. Art Leven (formerly Cooee Art) offers local and international delivery with quotes provided on a case-by-case basis.

To receive a quote, simply fill in the enquiry form next to the artwork, including your delivery address and phone number, and mention you’d like a delivery estimate.

Estimated Costs (for a painting approx. 150 x 120 cm):
 

Within Australia

  • Rolled and sent in tube: from $120

  • Stretched, delivered in Sydney: from $150

  • Stretched, sent to Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra: from $275
     

International

  • Rolled and sent in tube: from $250

  • Stretched and crated: from $1,200

STORAGE POLICY

 

We can store your artwork for up to 60 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise arranged. A storage fee of $5 per day per artwork applies thereafter.

EXCHANGE POLICY
​

Changed your mind? We offer exchanges for artworks of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase, provided the artwork is returned in original condition.
Framing, freight, and delivery costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS POLICY
​

If you purchase an artwork without viewing it in person, we offer a full refund (excluding freight and packaging costs) if the artwork does not meet your expectations upon delivery.

​

Conditions apply:

  • Lay-by and Art Money purchases are not eligible

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork

  • Return shipping is at buyer's expense

  • Artwork must be returned within 14 days in its original condition

  • Refunds are issued via EFT only

 
LAY-BY TERMS
​

Lay-by is available for selected artworks over 3 or 6 months.

  • Payments made under a lay-by agreement are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • All lay-by agreements are made directly with Art Leven, not with individual artists

​

DEPOSITS
​

All deposits are non-refundable, but the amount can be transferred to another artwork or held as a credit note for future use.

 

LEGAL NOTICE
​

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder will continue in full effect.
